In these worrying times we would like to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our customers and our staff is our highest priority.
Therefore, in order to protect everyone, we have put in place some practices that we would ask you to help us follow.
How you can help
Having a clean car minimises infection risk. Please clean your steering wheel, gearshift, parking brake and heater controls as well as your door release handles with anti bacterial cleaner before bringing your vehicle to us. If you haven’t the time, just let us know and we will do it before entering your vehicle.
Please ensure your boot is empty of all personal belongings so we have clear access to all compartments we need to check. Please remove any child seats from the vehicle.
We will be asking all customers to wash their hands before handing over your vehicle and carrying out any administration. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to do so.
Please re-arrange your appointment if you have any coronavirus or similar symptoms.
How we will help
- Our employees will not be attending work if they have any coronavirus or similar symptoms.
- Our employees are practicing excellent personal hygiene in line with the recommended World Health Organisation and Public Health England guidelines.
- On vehicle handover we will ensure your vehicle key and controls have been cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaner and all protective coverings have been removed.
